陈学思,男, 1959年出生,19827月毕业于吉林大学化学系,获理学学士学位,19851988年于长春应用化学研究所攻读硕士学位,毕业后留所工作,1993.101997.4中国政府选派文部省奖学金赴日本早稻田大学应用化学科高分子化学研究室读博士学位。1997.51999.5 在美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院生物化学和生物物理系做博士后。19996月招聘回长春应用化学研究所。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2004年度)。现任中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员,博士生导师,中科院生态环境高分子材料重点实验室学术委员会副主任,生物医用高分子课题组长,所学术委员会成员。海正生物材料股份有限公司总工程师。长春圣博玛生物材料有限公司董事长兼总经理。国家基金委材料学部会审专家,中国生物医学工程学会生物材料分科委员会委员,中国机械工程学会生物制造工程分会第一届委员会委员,吉林大学兼职教授,上海大学兼职教授。德国汉高公司(Hankel China Company Limited)科学顾问委员会成员及专家(Henkel Scientific Advisory Board Member and Consultant)。任国际杂志《Advanced Healthcare Materials, Journal of Controlled Release》,《Biomacromolecules》和《Macromolecular Bioscience》编委,《高等学校化学学报》和《Chemical Research in Chinese Universities》第四届编委会编委,《生物医学工程与临床》、《降解材料》和《中华医药杂志》编委。28届中国化学会理事。目前主要从事(1具有手性席夫碱烷氧基铝催化剂的合成及其丙交酯的旋光聚合;(2)具有智能性生物医用高分子的结构设计与合成;(3)具有温度和pH双敏感性的生物可降解高分子智能性水凝胶的合成;(4)生物降解性聚乙撑亚胺基因转移载体的合成与表征;(5)具有导电活性的生物医用可降解高分子材料;(6)纳米羟基磷灰石接枝聚丙交酯复合材料的制备与应用;(7)高分子材料在医药学领域应用的基础研究;(8)聚乳酸产业化。具体在生物降解高分子材料、组织工程和药物缓释方向开展了系统的研究工作。从高分子的结构设计出发,合成了大量具有良好生物相容性和降解性的高分子材料。在骨折内固定,骨组织工程骨、软骨,体内管状器官的临时性支架修复等方面进行了深入研究。开展了紫杉醇,阿霉素,胰岛素,利福平等药物缓释的研究。在Biomaterials, Chemistry-A European Journal, Macromolecules, Biomacromolecules, Journal of Controlled ReleaseSCI收录的杂志上发表研究论文320余篇;合作出版著作1本,主译英文专著1本,发表英文专论1篇,中文专论1篇,论文在SCI中被他人引用超过4500次。授权专利50余项,公开或申请中国发明专利60余项。作为课题负责人完成了国家“863”项目,承担科技部国际合作重大项目,国家自然科学基金委员会A3国际合作重大项目、重点项目和面上项目,中国科学院基地方向性项目,同浙江海正集团合作进行聚乳酸产业化项目。2008年国家基金委杰出青年基金结题获得特优新型生物可降解高分子的合成与应用探索获得2007年吉林省科技进步一等奖,聚乳酸生物可降解材料获得2007年世界华商创新奖。2008年在深圳第十届高交会上获得中国国际高新技术成果交易会组委会颁发的百名风云人物奖 获得2009年度中国化学会高分子科学创新论文奖 2011年获得科技部十一五国家科技计划执行个人突出贡献奖。生物可降解医用高分子材料的基础研究与应用开发获得2011年吉林省科技进步一等奖。聚乳酸新材料关键技术研发与产业化应用获得中国石油和化学联合会科技一等奖。2012年中国化学会赢创化学创新奖。吉林省第二批和第三批(2008-2013年)省管专家。
